Typically over the phone for no more than 15 minutes. This is an important step in determining if this is a good fit and time will be spent getting basic information about the individual’s concerns as well as sharing about Dr. Fluehr Ersoy’s approach.

Diagnostic Interview/ Intake
Online or in-person (starting 2/5/24), this time will be spent gathering background information to evaluate the presenting concern and provide treatment recommendations.
For children under 18 years old, this session is parent only.

Individual Therapy
Online or in-person (starting 2/5/24), this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Family Therapy / Parent Training
Online or in-person (starting 2/5/24), this session is designed for parent-coaching or communicating with the patient and more than one family member(s).

Care Coordination / Consultation
Typically over the phone. Communicating with healthcare professionals, schools, and support services involved in a patient's mental health care. It involves ensuring that various components of therapy are well-integrated and communicated effectively to provide comprehensive and seamless care for the individual.

Insurance Information
Out Of Network
As an out-of-network provider, Dr. Fluehr Ersoy offers the flexibility for clients to access quality mental health services outside of traditional insurance networks. While not directly affiliated with specific insurance plans, this approach allows for greater autonomy and a personalized therapeutic experience. Clients may have the option to submit claims to their insurance provider for potential reimbursement, depending on their individual policy.
Tricare Certified Non-Network
As a certified non-network provider for Tricare, Dr. Fluehr Ersoy offers a convenient reimbursement process for clients seeking mental health services. Clients are responsible for paying for the services upfront. After payment, clients can then submit a superbill, which includes details of the services provided and associated costs, to Tricare for reimbursement. It's important to note that Dr. Fluehr Ersoy does not directly submit reimbursement claims on behalf of clients.
Clients utilizing Tricare benefits for mental health services may be eligible for reimbursement, with the client being responsible for any applicable cost-sharing or copayments. Dr. Fluehr Ersoy adheres to legal guidelines and has the right to charge up to 15% of the allowable rate set by Tricare.
